The Bulletin is published at least three times a year. It is published by the Publications Committee. Publications is a standing committee in DLA. The chair of the committee serves as Editor of the bulletin for a term of at least two years.
The Committee consists of three members, preferably representing the three counties, and others as needed. The editor may select an advertising manager.
