The bylaws are found in the DLA Handbook, on pages 5 through 10.

The DLA Handbook
The Handbook contains the bylaws for the Association and for the Divisions, duties of the officers, committee descriptions, and guidelines for many Association activities.

Note: the Handbook title page says 2001 draft. However, I believe that this edition of the Handbook is the one approved by DLA membership at two consecutive spring conferences (2003 and 2004) and is therefore the most recent handbook.

A new version of the Handbook is in process.
