Meal descriptions: Full day conference registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, and afternoon refreshments.
Lunch selections:
Chicken Cordon Bleu boneless breast of chicken stuffed with ham and cheese
Shrimp and Scallops Gemelli served over gemelli (twisted pasta) with pesto sauce
Vegetarian A spinach salad with choice of dressings
