Conference registration is for the full day; registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, and the afternoon “Avoid the Rush Hour Social.”

Penne Portabello - penne pasta, black olives, portabello mushrooms, roasted garlic with mozzarella cheese in plum tomato sauce

Oven Poached Salmon - salmon with champagne dill sauce or lemon caper sauce

Chicken Chesapeake - pan seared chicken breasts topped with lump crab meat

All lunch selections include house salad, seasonal starch and vegetable, rolls and butter, coffee, tea, decaf and chef’s selection of dessert.
