Do you need books or articles that are not held by the Library? The Interlibrary Loan Office, located on the first floor of the Morris Library, works to get you these items from other libraries.

Search WorldCat Local to identify useful research materials that other libraries may have. Check DELCAT to make sure the University of Delaware Library does not already have these items. Interlibrary Loan will not obtain books or articles that are already provided by the Library.

The first time you use Interlibrary Loan, you will need to set up an online account. Books that you request will be delivered to the Morris Library for you in about two weeks. Articles requested through Interlibrary Loan will arrive in your account electronically in about two business days. You will receive an email from the Interlibrary Loan Office when your requested book or article has arrived.
