Occasionally, you may need to request access to Library materials that are not readily accessible.

Library Annex: The Library's collections of books, DVDs, maps, etc., are always growing. Sometimes we move items that are not frequently used to an off-campus site called the Annex.

If you find a book in DELCAT that is listed as being held in the Annex, you will need to request that it be brought to the Morris Library for you. See a librarian for help, or fill out an Annex Request form, which is located on the forms section of the library home page (below). Items requested from the Annex before 2:00 p.m. on weekdays will be delivered to the Library by 4:00 p.m. the same day. Items requested after 2:00 p.m. on weekdays will be delivered the following day at 4:00 p.m.

Recall a Book: Since the Library serves many people, it is not uncommon that a book you want may be checked out by someone else. If you need an item that is checked out, you can submit a Recall Request Form. When you do this, the person who has the book will receive a notice from the Library giving them a revised due date. You will not have as long a wait, and the Library will notify you when the book is being held for you at the circulation desk.
