The University of Delaware Library will present a workshop for staff and volunteers of nonprofit agencies on grant funding from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 16, 2008, in the Class of 1941 Lecture Room, in the Morris Library, Newark.

    The workshop will focus on using the Foundation Directory Online, a Library database that staff and volunteers of nonprofit agencies can use to identify sources for grant funding. The online database includes detailed information on funders such as private foundations, corporations and public charities. The workshop will cover strategies for searching the database, locating additional grant information on the Internet, and using alerting services and RSS feeds.
