The Student Multimedia Showcase, held on Monday, May 17, 2010, celebrated successful multimedia projects that University of Delaware students created throughout the academic year using the resources available in the Student Multimedia Design Center in Morris Library.
This year’s Showcase consisted of twenty student videos nominated by faculty representing multiple disciplines including an NBA (National Basketball Association) Commercial created for an Education class; an advertisement for the Geography Department and profiles of past Chrysler workers created by a Geography class; a PhotoStory video featuring Oscar Wilde by an English class; and an animation explaining networking for a Management Information Services (MIS) class. Also included were three winners from the Reel Productions Film Society FilmFEST [http://udel.edu/stu-org/reelprodfs/festival.html].
