Library Offers RefWorks Workshops
The University of Delaware Library will present workshops on RefWorks, a web-based citation management tool provided by the University of Delaware Library, during the Spring 2011 semester. RefWorks is used to import and organize citations and generate bibliographies or reference lists. RefWorks is available from the Library Databases page [www.lib.udel.edu/db/]. The introductory workshop covers setting up an account, exporting citations from research databases, managing citations, creating bibliographies and more. “RefWorks: Beyond the Basics” provides additional information about exporting references from research databases and organizing references; it also includes using the Write-N-Cite feature to insert in-text citations, editing in-text citations and creating bibliographies or reference lists. “RefWorks: Complete” provides an overview of both introductory as well as more advanced functions.
