The University of Delaware Library is offering two library orientation sessions for secretarial and office personnel staff. Both sessions will include use of electronic resources such as the Library web [www.udel.edu/lib], DELCAT, WorldCat Local, library databases, electronic journals and library subject guides. AskRef Live, an online library service, and RefWorks, which automatically creates and formats bibliographies, will be demonstrated. Other electronic and traditional library services of great use to secretarial and office personnel will be covered.
