Enhancements to Article Express
The University of Delaware Library announces enhancements to Article Express, a linking service that leads researchers from a journal article citation to the full text of that article. Initially released in October 2000, Article Express was designed by the University of Delaware Library to provide links to the appropriate resources-to an online source for the full text of the article, to DELCAT, or to an online interlibrary loan form-to make it easier for users to obtain needed material.
The new, improved version of Article Express includes these enhancements:
3. Direct article-level links to JSTOR and Project Muse titles are now available. JSTOR includes over 400 journals encompassing 2,500,000 articles, with most journal coverage back to the inception of the journal. Project Muse covers more than 150 journals in the humanities, social sciences, and mathematics from 1993 forward.
Article Express coverage has been expanded, and is now available in diverse databases, ranging from America: History and Life to PsycINFO to Web of Science. Those databases which include the Article Express service are clearly indicated on all library database pages.
