The
Pauline A. Young Residency offers early career development and professional work experience in an academic research library to recent graduates of ALA-accreditated graduate library education programs.
The
Residency is designed to accelerate professional growth and career advancement
through a variety professional work experiences, mentoring, committee service and
conference attendance. |
"The Residency opened professional opportunities for me that I would not have known about otherwise. It helped me to develop and use my education and personal strengths, in both the day-to-day work at the library itself and within the profession as a whole."
