Discipline-Specific Databases

There are numerous discipline-specific databases that can be consulted when researching African Studies topics. The following are the ones most frequently consulted, but researchers should also consult the Library Databases to determine whether there are other discipline-specific databases suitable for their given research topic. For example, researchers pursuing topics related to health care in Africa could consult CINAHL Plus with Full Text, the Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature.
