located in the Microforms Area on the Lower Level. It covers over 28,000 companies on all major exchanges from 1982 to 1990. Additional reports, such as 18K, 20F etc may be included.
Provides access to the complete text of all SEC filings for corporations participating in EDGAR (Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval) Dissemination Services. Currently all domestic compaies are required to make their filings on EDGAR.
The Disclosure database contains financial and management information on over 12,000 public companies. Excluded are management investment companies, real estate companies, and oil and gas drilling funds. Corporate data is extracted from primary reports filed with the SEC by profiled companies.
