A very good starting point for corporate information from around the world. Includes over 15,000 research reports on publicly-traded companies from around the world. Plus over 20,000 profiles and links to 300,000 other profiles. Reports feature in-depth analysis of sales trends, profitability, stock performance, financial position, research and development expenditures, dividends, and much more. Information is available on most countries of the world and their publicly traded companies.
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is the largest non-governmental regulator for all securities firms doing business in the United States. FINRA was created in 2007 through the consolidation of NASD and the member regulation, enforcement and arbitration functions of the New York Stock Exchange. FINRA oversees nearly 5,000 brokerage firms, about 173,000 branch offices and approximately 677,000 registered securities representatives.
FINRA provides detailed market data covering companies, equities and options, bonds and mutual funds.
Thomas Register of American Manufacturers (Requires free registration)
The free Thomas Register of American Manufacturers on the Internet. The system allows you to search companies by product and company name. The online and CD-ROM Thomas Register counterparts are much more time-effective for a tailored list, but you could use the WWW version to do your preliminary searching or job estimation.

A comprehensive directory of online resources about dividend reinvestment plans (DRIPs) and direct purchase stocks, with links to articles, listings, discussions. The DRIP Investor Newsletter is a monthly publication bringing you the latest news on Dividend Reinvestment Plans and No-Load Stocks(c) and their many commission free investment options. It includes information on changes in plans, DRIP model portfolios, answers to frequently asked questions, and much more! The Motley Fool, at Fool.com also provides information about investing through DRIP including research strategies, historical perspectives and more.
National Association of Investors Corporation (NAIC)
NAIC was founded in 1951 with a mission to provide a program of sound investment information, education and support to individuals and clubs. It is a non-profit, tax exempt organization whose membership consists of investment clubs and individual investors.

EDGAR Database of Corporate Information
EDGAR, the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system, performs automated collection, validation, indexing, acceptance, and forwarding of submissions by companies and others who are required by law to file forms with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
BigChart Historical Quotes Click on “Historical Quotes,” then enter symbol and date. Big Charts has the ability to retrieve exact and split-adjusted stock price information and split adjustment factors as far back as January 1985. A split-adjusted, 2-month daily stock chart marks the specific closing price the user requested.

Select "Research Tools." Provides access to stock quotes since 1970. Data includes
open, high, low, and closing prices and trading volume.

PRARS Annual Report Service
PRARS is America's largest annual report service. Company financials, including annual reports, prospectuses or 10k's on over 3,200 public companies, are available without charge to the investing public.
