Search for periodical articles to supplement your search for books on DELCAT. The University of Delaware Library subscribes to many databases and their use is licensed to the Unversity of Delaware community only. You will not find these resources through a Google or Yahoo search on the World Wide Web, because they are part of the “invisible,” “deep,” or “hidden” Web.
WorldCat Local provides access to some periodical articles, but also check these databases:Check Databases for History for a more comprehensive list of licensed electronic resources for historians.
User guides laying out the scope and detailing the contents of these and other research collections in microfilm and microfiche are available near the Microforms Desk on the Lower Level.

“Research is the process of going up alleys to see if they are blind.”—Marston Bates
