- USGS GNIS
The Geographic Names Information System produced by the United States Geological Survey includes all of the named features from its very detailed 7.5-minute maps of the United States. - GEOnet Names Server
The GEOnet Names Server (GNS) provides access to the National Imagery and Mapping Agency's (NIMA) database of foreign geographic feature names. Geographic Area of Coverage: Worldwide excluding the United States and Antarctica. For names in the U.S. and Antarctica, use the USGS GNIS (above).

The Delaware Data Mapping and Integration laboratory (DataMIL) is an interactive, online collaboratory to aid decision makers at the federal, state, county, and local government levels.
