Standards:

A Research Guide

Contents: Directories, Indexes, Catalogs | Standards and Codes | Books | Periodicals | World Wide Web Resources

Standards are documents that regulate processes and behaviors. There are many different types of standards concerning a wide variety of subjects. The Morris Library does not collect individual standards on a regular basis. Some standards have been aquired over the years and these are listed in DELCAT. Performing a search by the title of the standard in the OCLC Worldcat database, available via the Library Databases, will locate other libraries that may have the standard you are looking for. If you have only the standard number, use one of the directories listed below to get the exact title of the standard before doing your search. A keyword search in DELCAT using your subject word and the keyword "standard?" may retrieve the standard you are looking for if we have it in our collection.
