Delaware Documentation (Del Doc) is a program run by the Delaware Public Archives to list and distribute Delaware publications to the public. The governmental units include:
The publications are distributed in microfiche format to several libraries, including the University of Delaware Library. These microfiche copies of publications are NOT listed in DELCAT. A complete set of all the lists (called checklists) are available in the Reference Room of the Morris Library. A few of the checklists are being made available on the Internet. The Delaware Documentation ("Del Doc") microfiche collection is in the Microforms Area on the Lower Level; the call number is Microfiche S72.

Each checklist is arranged by the unique record group number (RG) which identifies the agency, e.g., the Office of the Governor is RG 1302. Under each agency, the publications are listed and each listing has a microfiche identification number, e.g., PUB. #36.011. This publication will be found on the microfiche with that header.
All of the checklists start with a list of the agencies and the page number or Record Group number to turn to. Some of the checklists have an index by title, others don't.
Use the "find" command on your browser or in Acrobat Reader to locate keywords.
Note: the checklists list the publications received in the year the checklist was compiled. The date of the checklist does not represent the date of the publication. For example, checklist 40 (1999) contains some publications from the City of Wilmington dating from 1984 onward.
