Delaware Documentation Collection

"Delaware Documentation" is a microfiche collection of state documents received directly from the Delaware Public Archives. These publications are NOT listed in DELCAT. The Delaware Documentation ("Del Doc") microfiche collection is in the Microforms Area on the Lower Level, Microfiche S 72. Note: the collection ceased in 2002.

To locate a publication, it is necessary to use the Delaware Documentation card file or checklists to obtain the fiche number. The Delaware Documentation card file in the Reference Room, lists the publications received through this program from 1974-1989. After 1989, it is necessary to check the annual "checklists," located in the notebooks on top of the card file. Checklists from 1993 (issue 34) to present are available on the Internet; see Delaware Documentation (http://www2.lib.udel.edu/subj/stdc/internet/deldoc/index.htm). Consult the "Delaware Documentation" Notebook on top of the card file for instructions on how to use the "Del Doc" collection or ask for assistance at the Reference Desk.
