Library Instruction Request Form

Faculty and instructors are invited to request a Library instruction session for a class by submitting the following form. If a particular librarian has taught your class before, you may also contact that person directly to arrange an instruction session.

Librarians can best assist you if you allow at least one week's time for arrangements and preparation. Scheduling is subject to availability of the room and the librarian who will teach your class.

Library instruction is proven to be most effective when it is connected to a concrete assignment or research task. When requesting a Library Instruction session, please include any information regarding the class's current research tasks. This will help librarians to provide relevant, course-connected instruction for your students.

Please do not assume that the class has been scheduled until you receive a confirmation.
