Access to Electronic
Resources in the Library
The Library subscribes to (licenses) 6,800 electronic
journals and more than 230 databases.
These electronic subscriptions are available for use in the Morris Library and
the branch libraries.
Note: Library Databases and electronic journals licensed from commercial publishers are not available from outside the Library to users who are not University of Delaware students, faculty, or staff due to legal restrictions from the publishers or vendors.

The online catalog of the University of Delaware Library. This is a freely available
Internet resource.
Special Collections
The exhibition program at the University of Delaware Library includes major
exhibitions in the Special Collections Gallery, smaller exhibits in the
Information Area on the first floor of Morris Library, and displays of
recent publications by University faculty and staff. There are also online

The printed collections of Special Collections are fully cataloged with records available in the Library's online catalog, DELCAT. Manuscript collections are only selectively cataloged. Finding aids on the Library Web provide information about these collections.
Subject Guides A-Z
To assist users in navigating the Web, the Library has created more than 100
online subject guides in academic disciplines. These guides are accessible
to all users via the Library Web. Each subject guide includes an Internet Resources
section providing links to useful web sites in each subject area.
